How do I start RocketOn?
To play RocketOn, click on the grey circle in the lower-left corner of your browser. Clicking on the circle will also open/close RocketOn.

There's a context-sensitive 'Help' button on every menu in RocketOn. If you click [?] on any menu, it will tell you exactly what each screen does and how to use it. For items in My Stuff and the Store, you can click info to see more information about them.
Why won't RocketOn run?
Some firewalls block port 843. Since our application uses Adobe Flash, we must abide by their security policy. In order for Adobe Flash to work in a multiuser environment, you must have port 843 open. Please ask your system administrator to make sure port 843 is not being blocked.
RocketOn won't maximize
If RocketOn is minimized, and clicking the rocket logo doesn't cause any visible change, try refreshing the page. Refreshing the page will deal with most temporary problems you might be experiencing. If the problem persists, try closing and reopening your browser.
What operating systems & browsers do you support?
RocketOn is compatible with most browsers that can support Adobe Flash Player. These browsers and operating systems have been confirmed to work with RocketOn:

What Flash version do I need?
RocketOn requires the latest version Flash to function properly. If you are experiencing problems, you should download the latest version of flash. You can download the latest version of flash directly from Adobe by clicking here.
Why are things flickering under my mouse?
If you're using Firefox and icons on the navbar flicker when you move your mouse over them, you're not running the latest version of flash player (you may also be having trouble dragging and dropping items from My Stuff). Download the latest version of flash here and it should resolve the problem.
Why doesn't RocketOn show up on certain webpages?
To protect your privacy, we prevent the RocketOn game from interacting with secure webpages. If you're on a page that starts with https, then RocketOn will not be active on top of that page. If RocketOn doesn't work on another site, please let us know.
My items disappeared!
When you're in the process of trading an item, that item will temporarily disappear from My Stuff. If you cancel the trade, or it becomes interrupted, the item should reappear in My Stuff, but sometimes it won't immediately reappear. Try refreshing the page and looking again, and you should still have the item.
How do I find my friends on RocketOn?
Use your Friends List. When you add your friends to your list, you can easily see if they're offline or online, and with the click of a button, you teleport to those who are online.
If you haven't yet added someone as your friend, you can find them using the Search Profiles feature. Click on the magnifying glass icon and enter the username of the person you're looking for.
Can people see what I'm browsing?
No. Not unless you let them. For a friend to meet you on a site, they have to get your permission. They won't see what site you are on unless you give them permission.
Of course, if you open up the application and begin chatting on a site, whoever is on the same site can see your avatar. Your friends, however, still won't know what site you are on unless you give them permission to meet you or they happen to be there already.
What about my privacy?
Please read our Privacy Policy. We take your privacy seriously and will never spam you or do anything nefarious or evil with your personal information. Our friends and family are all on RocketOn, so we are taking special care to treat you just like we treat ourselves, otherwise we'll wind up friendless and disowned.
How do I get experience points?
The easiest way to earn experience is to remain active inside RocketOn. The longer you actively participate, the more experience points you will earn, and you get an experience point bonus just for logging in each day. You can also earn experience points by playing games, participating in activities and becoming famous.
How do I buy Rocket Dollars?
To buy Rocket Dollars go to the Store (the shopping bag icon on the navbar) and click buy R$. On the dialog that pops up, you can choose how many Rocket Dollars to buy at the top of the screen, and fill out the information on the low part of the screen (note: the email field is required), then click next. On the next screen, you have the option of buying Rocket Dollars via PayPal or PaybyCash.
PayPal is a very common and safe way of making transactions online, using funds added to your PayPal account from a credit or debit card. If you have a PayPal account, or want to create one, select this option. PaybyCash provides several alternative ways of buying Rocket Dollars, which include redeeming The Ultimate Game Card (available in Wal-Mart, 7-11, and other stores near you), and charging the purchase to your mobile phone bill. The mobile phone payment option is available with AT&T and Alltel in the US, as well as all carriers in Germany, Norway, Belgium, Finland, Ireland, the Netherlands and Sweden.
How do I feed my pet?
Your pet can actually eat a variety of things. You should try feeding it a variety of toys and other items to see what its reaction is. To feed an item to your pet, drag it from My Stuff onto the pet in the room.
You can also buy pet food by visiting pet-related websites. Open Rockin' Sites and type in icanhascheezburger.com to find one pet store where you can buy special treats for your pet. Keep feeding your pet to raise its loyalty and keep it healthy!
Why are the wrong characters showing up?
RocketOn is designed to use an American keyboard. If you’re using an international keyboard, some of the keys might not line up as you expect. This issue may depend on what browser you’re using, so the first thing to do is to try and download a country-specific version of your browser, if available.
